Training

Training that truly changes things.

A certificate is quickly earned. I care that methods actually work in everyday practice afterwards – with plenty of hands-on work, real examples and room to try things out.

Original creation

The Sales Board

An agile tool for sales development that I created together with Claudia Thonet. It translates agile principles into sales – visible, tangible and team-ready.

As a specialty product, I offer introduction and ongoing support. If agile sales interests you, get in touch.

Agile training in Munich and the DACH region

Training that sticks in everyday work in Munich.

My training programs for Scrum Master, Product Owner, OKR Coach and Agile Coach take place in Munich (open sessions and in-house), on site across the DACH region, or as a live online format. The focus is on embedding methods in everyday work – not merely passing an exam. Exam preparation for PSM (Professional Scrum Master), PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) and OKR certifications is included.

For companies in Munich and Bavaria, I offer in-house training directly at your site, tailored to your products, teams and culture. For individuals, open training runs at Munich locations (WERK1, Impact Hub Munich, or external conference venues). All training programs can also be booked remotely as an interactive live format.

Questions about training

Answers before you sign up.

How does Scrum Master training in Munich work?

I offer two formats: (1) a two-day intensive training in Munich focused on understanding the role, facilitation and team dynamics, plus exam preparation for PSM I (scrum.org). (2) Part-time training over 6–8 weeks with weekly sessions of 3–4 hours, with hands-on exercises in your own work context in between. Both formats include a certificate.

How does Product Owner training work?

Also available as a two-day intensive or as a part-time series. Content: product vision, roadmapping, backlog management, stakeholder communication, the Kano model, EBM (Evidence-Based Management), product discovery. Exam preparation for PSPO I included.

Do I get a recognized certificate?

For Scrum Master and Product Owner: preparation for certifications from scrum.org (PSM I/II and PSPO I/II). You book the actual exam directly with scrum.org. For OKR Coach and Agile Coach: a dedicated participation certificate from textor.consulting documenting the scope of training and competency areas covered.

What does training cost?

Open training in Munich: prices per participant depending on format. In-house training: a day rate for corporate clients, regardless of group size up to 15 people. Concrete figures in the first conversation or on request – proposals are transparent with no hidden costs.

Can I book training for my team?

Yes, that's the most common case. In-house training directly at your site in Munich or across the DACH region, using your projects and products as examples. For teams of 6 or more, in-house is usually more cost-effective than open bookings. I tailor format, duration and focus to your requirements.

Which training fits which role?

Scrum Master: you want to support teams and improve processes. Product Owner: you're responsible for the what and work with stakeholders. OKR Coach: you want to introduce goal systems in organizations. Agile Coach: you want to support multiple teams and organizational levels – builds on Scrum Master experience.
