Coaching

Coaching with systemic depth.

As a systemic coach, I look not just at the symptom, but at the interplay behind it. Often the lever isn't where the problem becomes visible. I help you find your own answers – not mine.

Three formats

Coaching for people, leadership and teams.

Systemic Coaching

For individuals in situations of change. We look at patterns, roles and context – and find paths that truly fit you.

Leadership Coaching

For people with responsibility. A space for reflecting on decisions, role and mindset – confidential and as equals.

Team Coaching

For teams that want to collaborate better. We clarify roles, conflicts and ground rules – so collaboration gives energy again.

My stance

Fun and positive experiences are the key to a healthy and successful new world of work.
This hypothesis carries every one of my coaching relationships.

What I stand for

What you can rely on.

Confidentiality

What's discussed in coaching stays in coaching. Always.

As equals

I don't give instructions. I ask questions that move things forward.

Resources

You already have the answers. I help you make them accessible.

Lightness

Depth and seriousness don't rule out enjoyment – quite the opposite.

Coaching in Munich – in person, online, hybrid

Coaching with a Munich address.

As a business coach in Munich, I support executives, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and teams through periods of change. My coaching practice is located on Sailerstraße in Sailerviertel (Schwabing-West) – quiet, well-connected by public transport. For clients outside Munich, I offer coaching online via an encrypted video connection, equally effective and confidential.

The systemic approach means: I look not only at you as a person, but at the whole system in which you operate – team, leadership, organizational culture, family. This reveals patterns that don't show up when looking at you in isolation. Combined with my background as an architect and consultant for project and process management, this creates coaching that connects self-awareness with concrete change in the world of work.

Questions about coaching

Answers before your first conversation.

What is systemic coaching and who is it for?

Systemic coaching sees you as part of a larger system – team, leadership, organization, environment. It assumes that change usually doesn't lie in you alone, but in the relationships and patterns around you. Suited for executives in transition, Product Owners with role conflicts, Scrum Masters caught between management and team, or generally people wanting to reorient professionally.

Coaching in Munich – in person or online?

Both. My coaching practice is located in Sailerviertel/Schwabing-West, well-connected by public transport. For clients outside Munich, I offer full-value coaching online. In my experience, online coaching works just as well once trust is established – often we start with an in-person session in Munich and continue online.

How many sessions are typical?

A typical coaching process comprises 5–10 sessions of 60–90 minutes each, spaced two to four weeks apart. Some topics are resolved in 3 sessions, others require longer-term support. After the first session, we discuss scope and rhythm concretely – all voluntary, all confidential.

What does coaching in Munich cost?

My rates align with the market level for systemic business coaching in Munich. Prices per session or as a package price for multiple sessions. You'll get concrete figures in the first conversation – transparent and with no obligation. For corporate clients, there are framework agreements and coaching packages.

What's the difference between consulting and coaching?

Consulting brings solutions in from outside – I tell you, based on my experience, what has worked in similar situations. Coaching helps you find your own solutions – I ask questions, offer impulses, hold the space. With me, both roles are kept clearly separate, but you can switch between them as needed.

Who is leadership coaching with you suited for?

For people in a leadership role who want to reflect: new executives (first-time managers), experienced leaders in change processes, department and division heads during transformations, founders transitioning from "doing" to "leading." Product Owners and Scrum Masters who want more clarity in their role are also well suited.
