From architecture to consulting.
I'm Jason Textor. I plan change with the care I learned during my architecture studies – and with the openness that agile work demands.
My story
First plans for buildings. Then plans for organizations.
I studied architecture at the Technical University of Munich and graduated with a master's degree. Architecture teaches a particular way of thinking: you design a whole, hold many requirements in mind at once, and translate an idea into a plan that others can build from.
Through the founder program Manage&More by UnternehmerTUM, I came into contact with entrepreneurial thinking and new ways of working. It became clear to me: the same care a good building needs is also needed by projects and organizations.
Before moving into consulting, I worked for several years as an architect at Schankula Architekten in Munich – with a focus on timber construction. There I was involved in larger public and commercial projects and took responsibility for my own initiatives. Those years taught me what it means not just to draw a plan, but to carry it through approval, tendering and construction over several years – with many trades, interfaces and stakeholders.
Since September 2019, I've worked at next level consulting as an Agile and Change Management Consultant. Here I combine classical project management with agile methods – and co-developed the Sales Board together with Claudia Thonet.
My ambition: develop solutions together with my clients, not impose them from outside. A ready-made blueprint rarely helps – an approach tailored to the specific organization almost always does. I'm also increasingly incorporating AI tools: for analysis, concept design and the daily work of teams.
Architect by training, consultant by passion: this combination isn't a contradiction — it's my approach.
